What’s the catch?

There is no catch or small print attached to our model. It's all in plain English using standard font sizes. Please consider:

We retain the copyrights to all the website designs unless exclusivity has been requested prior to the development stage. Exclusivity does not apply to the pay monthly price plans.

Once the website is ready to be placed on the web (prior to hosting), we request for 3 months payment and then monthly payments from month 4 onwards. (ie for our most competitive price plan of £20/month, the initial payment of £60 is taken after the site has been developed and approved then £20/month thereafter).

The end result of the website is designed uniquely for our clients. The mesh structure (template) of the website is offered to other clients who wish to adopt that particular structure.

The minimum contract term is as per the price plan package, currently at both 12 month and 18 month options.
